ABOUT ME

I am an artist and I love adventure. I went to school for interior design because it seemed like a practical career for an otherwise starving artist. I will probably go for my masters in fine art within the next couple years, but in the meantime I am independently developing my artistic abilities. I appreciate art of all kinds and love to learn and inspire/be inspired by others. I am also interested in the fields of holistic health, paranormal psychology, and quantum physics. Right now I work to travel and am very excited for my upcoming trip to Costa Rica. I am looking for people who know the land and are up for some exploring!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm very new to couch surfing, but many of my friends recommended it to me and I'm excited to be involved both hosting and surfing in the future.

Outdoor activities, especially if they involve water. Painting, hiking, surfing, boating, exploring, laughing til I cry, art, music, reading, gardening, yoga, swimming, running, spending time with friends/family, playing cards, the smell of rain, boxing, learning, bonfires on the beach, fuzzy animals, camping, meeting new people, snorkeling, hot tubs, so many more things....

I don't even know where to begin. I usually avoid t.v., but I do like shows that make me laugh. Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Arrested Development, The Office... Discovery Channel and History Channel are good, but I don't have cable. I usually fall asleep during movies the first time around, so they have to be pretty interesting to hold my attention. Waking Life is one of my favorites. I love reading and I usually read several books at a time. My most recent favorite is the Alchemist, but I've got too many others to list.

I am an artist and designer, and have worked briefly in the field of holistic health with emphasis on chiropractic care. I also study philosophy, religion, and spiritual matters and enjoy a deep conversation about the meaning of it all. I love meeting passionate people who can enlighten me on things, as well as being the one to inspire others.
