I like swimming, biking, hiking, kayaking, climbing, snorkeling, and skiing, but my real love is stand-up paddling. I love fighting the current, the waves and the wind; then turning around and letting it all bring me back home to a hot cup of tea.

I'm a non-drinker and non-smoker.
