I have brown hair. I like to laugh.
I drink lots of water.
I eat lots of apples.
I like the colour blue because its a clear sky, an ocean, and blue candy dyes your whole mouth blue and I always found that funny.
I hate socks.
I am not tall or short.
Museums are cool, sometimes.
Photography is cool, always.
I like Bluegrass. And country.
I detest nightclubs;
But I enjoy a cold beer.
I prefer summer. But I am warming to the idea of winter.

And Puns are golden.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, due to my never knowing what is going on or what I am doing, I'm yet to be stable enough to host people. However I do like to join in on sporadic roadtrips, surf once in awhile, and here in Istanbul I attend events once a week or so.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A grand drive up the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island with 3 Couch Surfers. A trek with a small group, also in New Zealand. Watching fireworks over the Bosphorous in Istanbul on October 29. Etc. Etc. Etc.

Interests

Travelling.
Hiking. Biking. Kayaking. Anything outside
Yoga.
Cooking.
Doing online quizzes for nerds in my spare time.
Wandering aimlessly around foreign cities, watching life all around.
I'll check out a museum or a historical monument. If it's really spectacular. Or if it's raining.
Reading.
Journal Keeping. Also, writing postcards that I never send.
Someday, I hope to be able to put my foot behind my head.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Any time I see unique wildlife it is amazing : a couple of months ago I swam with Manta Rays off the coast of a small island near Fiji.
Meeting new people, and clicking right away. Never ceases to amaze me.
And Turkish food needs to be mentioned on this list.
