My mission is to be smarter, have more fun and do more interesting things than I've ever done before.

ABOUT ME

We've been in Telluride for about 18 years. Before that we both lived in Las Vegas for a long, long time. We are both working as massage therapists up on the mountain. It's great.
Nowadays, We play a lot of music. Leslie is a singer/guitarist/bassist/drummer/trumpet player
and I (Trevor) play keyboards/drums/guitar/bass. So we make a lot of noise around our house, and enjoy hosting any musicians coming through.

I love music. I have a wide variety of styles I enjoy, but mostly like Kick Ass Rock'n Roll. I travel all over the place to see concerts and enjoy a new city.
I enjoy staying healthy and having fun. I've hiked all over Southern/Eastern Utah, and aspire to hike all over everywhere.

I read a load of books.

Music - start w/ Classic Rock - Hendrix, Doors, Who, Stones, clapton, Floyd, etc. I was a big Deadhead for a while. SCI, Moe., Phish, etc.
I also enjoy blues, swing, big band, more melodic forms of Jazz, classical - orchestral, Heck - I even like some country artists. I guess I really just enjoy listening to anyone who is better than I could ever be at whatever type of music they play.

Movies - It seems like I've probably seen every movie ever. I just don't remember them all.
"Fear and Loathing", " 'F' for Fake", Dr Strangelove, Team America, What the Bleep, Blood Diamond, The Princess Bride (of course)Fight Club,Old School, MrMrs Smith, pretty random list,eh! ... my wife still says "Pootie Tang" is the best movie ever.

Books- Anything by Robert Anton Wilson, Douglas Adams (either Hitchhiker's Guide or Dirk Gently), Kerouac,Gisnberg, etc. Alan Watts, Hunter Thompson,Kurt Vonnegut,Colin Wilson, Discordianism, But mostly I read non-fiction, books about places, science -biology/botany, psychology, politics, history, monetary systems and banking, Energy alternatives, futurism & technology, and anything else that may be mind blowing.

I love red rocks!!! I was about 9 years old the first time I saw RED DIRT. I had never seen anything like it. I was totally unprepared. I looked out the window of the car and shouted "HEY LOOK! RED DIRT!!" and everybody else was like "Yeah, so what?" But I was completely blown away.
I think my peculiar reaction was because I grew up in Rock Springs, Wyoming- which is in the vast desert of southern Wyoming. Everything is either sandstone brown, light brown,tan, dusty tan, whitish tan, tannish white or crusty white. The local flora has some tan shades of green there also -(I'll spare you the details). So, I just climbed around on the tan sandstone rocks. Now, my life is vastly better because I can climb around on red rocks, with actual green plants of varying shades - also seasons besides winter and 3 weeks of summer.
So having a broad color spectrum is amazing to me and what is also amazing to me is that you actually read all of this nonsense. - thanks.
