ABOUT ME

I'm from a small town in the state of Indiana. I am very close to my family, especially my mom. I lived in Madrid for five years where I taught English and completed a Masters program through New York University. I am now back in Indiana and itching for adventure again. love to meet and learn about new people and realized that one way I can do that while I am here is host couchsurfers!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Now that I am back in the States and have my own place, I am free to host people, but there really is room for only one and I am fosters--soon adopting a dog--that is scared of everything.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I Couchsurfed several places in Europe and met the most amazing people. There is no better way to travel and get to know a place. When I was living in Madrid, I had roommates that weren't too crazy about the whole couchsurfing thing, but I am hoping to start hosting people here in Indianapolis. The only thing is that my working schedule is just very intense and I am not able to be home a lot.

Interests

Madrid al cielo!, Photography, traveling, anything to do with my precious nieces and nephew!, runs in Parque del Retiro, going to the gym, speaking Spanish every chance I get, tapeando, my local Sidrería, Spanish history, inappropriately long telephone conversations with my mom, reading, merenque y bachata, photo exhibitions, flamenco
