We use Couchsurfing to get closed to locals and to the real country culture.

ABOUT ME

Adrien & me were always attracted by travels in general. But now, it's a new step in our lives because we left everything we had behind us (house, comfort, friends and family) to go on a new adventure. All we have now it's our backpack like many of us. What we like it's not just being a simple tourist but immersed ourselves in a new culture. We don't want to regret something later.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While travelling around the world, Couchsurfing is so useful and it's a good way to meet local people.
We have experienced Couchsurfing in particular in our Working Holiday Visa in Australia, in Japan, it was the thing that made the difference. We have a lot friends dispatching in different countries and we love to visit them as much as we could. Couchsurfers became friends and that's the best part of it !

Interests

We love to play society games, dancing, hiking, singing, watching good series et movies, beer and tea.

Adrien loves to do some video montage (You can take a look to the last video: https://vimeo.com/adrietleslie).
He loves also sports a lot like martial arts, bike, ukulele, guitar, mandolin, djembe, and much more.

I like reading, Arts, Cinema and I really love animals. I would like to help some association. Adrien too of course.

Music :
My favorite band is Telephone : an old french band, and now, I like the singer Jean-louis Aubert who is playing alone. Jain is my new favorite Girl French Singer.
But we love approximatively all kind of music : Reggae / Rock / Instrumental / Classic / World Music / ...

Books :
Adrien is a fan of Lord of the Ring, he likes also Bernard Werber, Terry Goodkind, Greg Braden. All kind of fantastics & philosophics books.
For my part, I'm a fan of Harry Potter (I know it can be childish but I love fantastic), I like also Jane Austen, Marc Levy, Marcel Pagnol, Dan Brown, Laurent Gounelle and many diferents fantastics books. I like to read also History and Arts Books & Magazine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Our trip in Australia and Asia for one year ! All the things we saw it's just amazing.

Adrien riding his bicycle from the south of France (Béziers) to Edinburgh (Scotland) : 2200kms.
That was a long trip about one month :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Adrien was part of a circus company so he knows how to juggle and also with fire. Some sword fight. He likes everything around camera and vidéo editing. He also loves drums instruments like djembe.
He is playing ukulele, guitar, mandolin, it became his new passion.

For my part, I don't know what I can teach except french maybe because I love languages. I love talking in general ;-) Maybe I can share my passion for books, Litterature in general and also Painting and History.

We can teach you how to play some society games, it's our little passion.

We will be glad to learn everything you could teach us for sure.
