ABOUT ME

Everybody should have the chance to have his or her own impression about other people meeting them personally.
But anyway, I'd call myself a calm, peaceful but also sensitive person. I am vegan since summer 2009, I have anorexia since 2008, but I am physically fine for about a year now.
Still I hate cooking.^^
I like to talk with other people, I like to enjoy little things in everyday life that make me stop thinking about big issues.
I am pretty much into heavy (black, death) metal music which gives me power and energy. I like arts, drawing, dancing, writing... I don't know, I just like sitting around, watching peolpe, drinking coffee, trying to be ordinary and at the same time laughing about it.
Life's hard sometimes...

PHILOSOPHY

Someone recently told me: "What really counts is the How not the What"
Something I learned during my travels and consider at least almost always to be true: "Everything is relative - nothing is for sure", because whatever we are told or informed about is only a human interpretation of the world around us and nothing else. Too personal to be objective.
My interpretation of the world is not making me feel good, unfortunately, but there is still a lot oft time for me to change this.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately I keep changing my living conditions and place like every six months, so I cannot offer a couch mostly. Sorry for that!
I own a small caravan, so if you wanna be there, in the countryside, with the closest station about 10km away, you are welcome. ;-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been travelling for more than one year in Italy and France, doing mostly Couch Surfing and wwoofing.
All I can tell you is that there were only positive experiences with Couch Surfing!
I love the idea, and hope to be able to host people myself too someday...

Interests

Psychology, Philosophie, ecology, gardening and agriculture. Music!!
Drinking good coffee and good red wine.
The DIY-way of living to avoid money as much as possible.
Travelling of course, helping others by being a good listener or writer of lovely letters, asking questions and annoying people by doing so.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am not very much into movies but examples for movies that I like are: Harold and Maude, Dances With Wolves (because I am interested in Native American Culture).
I love watching interviews with musicians, and concerts.
There are too many good books which I have not yet read, I suppose. I didn't read much during the last years which is a pity and what I read was basically non-fictional books. Perhaps someone could recommend me some catching novels?
What I like to listen to often depends on my mood, but to be honest, it's mostly heavy, doomy sounds. Since the last W:O:A, it's mostly Metal again. Amon Amarth, Nile, Satyrion, Dimmu Borgir, but also Black Sabbath, H.I.M. and Oldies from the early days...
