ABOUT ME
I have a great sense of adventure and a fearless approach to life, though you couldn't pay me enough to parachute. I am a middle-aged mom and wife that loves to travel, sometimes with my 15 year-old and sometimes alone. Schedules make it difficult to get away at one time as a family. By profession, I am an RN. Am a very respectful houseguest and low-impact on hosts as I am very comfortable roaming the local vicinity n my own. Having driven in greater downtown Rome, Italy means that I am brave and perhaps foolish...;-D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Kayaked the Chattooga, rafted the Russell Fork and Upper Gauley, hiked a lava trail in Costa Rica, flew in a tiny plane with Frank(age70 something) in WV, and had my peanut butter fudge enjoyed by Rick Bragg's mama.
