About Me

MISSION NOW

Stop Labeling - Start Living
Live the Now - With Attitude & Gratitude

ABOUT ME

I was born in Hanoi - the capital of Vietnam, and my family moved to Saigon since I was 3, so most of my time is in there. Now living in Hoian, Vietnam to run a tour here.

I love traveling, meeting brand new people, stepping on brand new lands and learning about politics, culture and history there. The world is huge and people are so diversified, that makes this life wonderful. Traveling makes you live the now, so it fits my mission. Forget about the past which have gone, stop worrying about the future which have not come yet, I just wanna live this present.

I've been a tour guide in Saigon for a year, and now I'm in Hoian being tour manager. Before that, it's while a long story to find out my most desired job ever. Now I think I know what I wanna do, but also I don't know what hides in the future. Let just see :)

My personality: honest, open minded, reliable, sensitive, understanding, straightforward, ambitious, hard working, independent.

I'm the kind of person whom you can talk hours about your dreams, travel, life and anything you like. I love to listen, to do volunteer work and to help out whenever I can.

PHILOSOPHY

If you assume that there is an instinct for freedom, that there are opportunities to change things, then there is a possibility that you can contribute to making a better world.

Life is short, break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My exhousemate, An Nguyen, is a traveler and a Couchsurfer. I learned her experience when she hosted two American girls when they came to stay in our house for two days. It was amazing experience to talk to them, so I decided to be a host and a surfer of Couchsurfing community from now on :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Jan 2015 I put myself on the 1st alone trip to Da Lat, Vietnam. Those 5 days was the greatest experience I'd ever had. I'm so grateful I took that amazing trip for myself, to self-release and to reconnect with Mother Nature and awesome people around me :D
- June&Jul 2017, just right before I move to Hoian, I took a whole-month-solo-trip through Cambodia-Thailand-Malaysia-Singapore. It was a blast!!! I'm so thankful for every person I met, every beautiful scenes I saw and every step I made so far. I learnt a whole bunch after that. My mind is now planning for the next trip when I'm writing this lol ;)
