ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Lindsay Thomas and I am a 5th grade teacher currently living and working in Harlingen, TX. When I'm not hanging out with a bunch of 10 year olds I enjoy cooking, traveling, live music, and time with my family and friends.

PHILOSOPHY

Strong believer in trying new things and showing appreciation for the kindness of others. Also a big believer in public education, elementary education, and early literacy!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In January 2012 one of my best friends and I took a month-long road trip around southeast USA. The adventures, new friends, and amazing memories (many made through couch surfing) are something I will cherish forever. I look forward to making more!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Surfing only (so far) throughout the southeast of the USA.

Intereses

Spending time with my family, trying new restaurants, traveling near and far, live music, all things Latin America, modern dance, stupid comedies, trashy TV (guilty), puppies, reading for extended periods of time, frozen yogurt...the list goes on.
