If you travel just as an 'normal' tourist, you will never see those special local places, never feel the real local atmosphere. Those amazing moments often create new friendships and I really appreciate that.

I'm always happy to welcome people at mine...but don't forget... couchsurf is not an opportunity for free vacation! I receive a lot of requests for 1 week or more...don't get me wrong...i know BoraBora isn't the cheapest place but i'm not the red cross either..life is very expensive over here..so after a few bad experiences...you wanna stay longer than a week?No problem but do not abuse our polynesian hospitality
