About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Try to use the CouchSurfing Community more. It offers you so much to discover!!!

ABOUT ME

I'm an open minded person who loves to talk about politics, good books and music, but also to have a laugh. I enjoy incredibly travelling, to the point that almost 1 weekend every month I travel somewhere.

The fact that I speak Portuguese, Spanish, English and French helps me a lot as well, but I love to understand more about different people, particularly when I'm learning something I didn't know before.

I'm not the partying type of person anymore. Now I prefer to stay more at home and relax a bit (when I'm not travelling, of course!). When I'm travelling I try to take in as much as possible, but always leave something behind, so I can come back and start again.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm not the type of "favourite" person, as I think your lists and priorities change all the time, but I can tell you the ones I enjoy more:
Books: Gabriel Garcia Marques, Jose Saramago, Carlos Ruiz Zafon, and the "fantastic" ones, like Harry Potter, The Lord of Rings, etc.

Music: Pop, Rock, Dance (not so much though), Brazilian styles (MPB, Axe).

Movies: Lately I've enjoyed a lot: "Eres mi Heroe" - You're my hero. A lovely Spanish film.
"Festen" - a Danish movie, very good!
"Night Watch" - just watched it, my first Russian movie, very good!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Can't say only one, but here are a couple:
"Looking down on Cristo Redentor in Rio de Janeiro"
"Swimming with the fish and turtles in Fernando de Noronha - Brazil"
"Seeing Taj Mahal - The most beautiful building ever built (that I have seen)"

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, South Africa, Spain, Sweden

Countries I’ve Lived In
