Born and bread in Yekaterinburg. Studied English and Spanish (not really succeed in the last one yet).

Danil:
Movies: I'm a huge Jim Jarmusch fan. Still all kinds of films can be enjoyable and could be discussed.

Music: That's quite a wide range but some critical points are Полюса (Polusa) Red Hot Chili Peppers, Manu Chao, White Stripes, Travis, Gogol Bordello, some jazz and blues like Miles Davis and Son House and some classical composers like Beethoven and Grieg.

Books: There is one book that actually influenced me to join the CS and understand travelling differently. It is Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance by Robert Pirsing. Also Douglas Coupland and Strugatsky brothers occupied their place at my bookshelves and in my mind.

Polina:
Movies: I enjoy different kinds of movies of course, but prefer independent films and directors. I particulary adore Coen brothers, Aronofsky and Woody Allen

Music: mostly hard rock with a hint of mod and hippy movement. And the Beatles of course))

Books: reading is my passion, I like modern american literature, and I'm also a huge fan of Terry Pratchett

I have a fear of heights or had it. Anyway a number of roof and bridge climbings felt like nothing else.

Danil:
Language teaching is what I do for a living. So I can help with Russian and English (though I'm not a native speaker)I can teach the basics of the game of go. But I feel that I have much more to learn about it.Being able to play 3 musical instruments I can participate in some jams and just song singing.

Polina: well, the same thing with languages of course, and we can cook something together
