ABOUT ME

Me...

As you can see in the picture.. that's me!
I'm bit crazy, but that's only 'cause I'm Finnish.

We (me and my dog Luki) are a small family living in Tampere at the moment. I like culture, movies, comics, pc games, cooking, pubs and museums.

I love traveling. I spend spring 2010 in Czech as an exchange studen. During that spring, I visited nine new countries.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't yeat hosted, but I'm really eager to. Many of my friends use CS and I have heard lots of good things about this project and really want to part of it too.

Interests

Theater, movies, books, stories in all forms... also history.

But my greatest interest is telling stories trough costumes. Exploring materials and new tecniques.

I love nature. I grew up playing in the woods and still today I find greatest peace when I'm having a walk in forrest. In all my actions I try to minimize my impact towards nature. I believe in recycling, public transportation(but we have a car, 'cause it's impossible to live in coutryside without one) and having your own garden.

I'm a big big Sci-fi and fantasy fan: Dr. Who, Torchwood, Battlestar Galactica, Star Wars, Marvel comics, J.R.R. Tolkien, Neil Gaiman, G.R.R. Martin, Johanna Sinisalo, Risto Isomäki and so on..

I enjoy listening all kinfs of music debending on my mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On September 2009 I swam in the Arctic Ocean. It was cold and amazing.
