Once i read the book "Invisible Cities" by Italo Calvino, I have changed my approach to travels, I try to get to know more about the people of this city, what relations arise between them, how it develops. Such knowledge is possible only if in close connection with local residents, so I choose couchsurfing. And I highly recommend to read this book! She will change you too, do not hesitate:)
