I'm a fitness trainer who dabbles in construction (oil fields, irrigation, roofing, and carpentry). I enjoy showing people the other side of fitness which focuses on human performance.

Currently learning how to swim (Total Immersion method), archery (recurve bow), and barefoot running long distances (well, vibrams anyways).
