CURRENT MISSION

I'm thru hiking the PCT this year and planning to travel afterwards... so I won't be able to host for a while.

To go to as many new places, do as many interesting things, and meet as many different people as possible.

ABOUT ME

I love couchsurfing, but due to a long stint in Asia and a very nomadic lifestyle I haven't been hosting a in a while. Looking forward to starting up again but will have much less space than I used to.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am now living in a small studio/one bedroom apt in Louisville. I'm still more than happy to host and show people around, especially now that I live in a more convenient place, but can only offer an inflatable twin mattress to one person at a time. Let me know if you need and place for a night or two and someone to show you around town.

Too many things to mention, and if I'm not into it, I'm always willing to hear about something new. But if it involves nature in anyway, I'm probably interested. Just a few include: bonsai, hiking/backpacking, travel, home brewing, and music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

4 month (16,000 miles) road trip across the US in a school bus.

I know a lot about trees and the art of bonsai. I also have studied about, lived in, and truly experienced China and Korea.
