ABOUT ME
I am a laid back person with the integrity and work ethic to pursue what I am passionate about. Life is too short to not be doing what I love with people I love. My profile picture is of me and my cousin. My faith is very important to me and I strive daily to progress spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally. I assure you that I am not a "religious nut;" I just feel that I've discovered what is important in this life after weeding out my selfishness and being there/here for other people.
PHILOSOPHY
This life is not my own. God gave me life and talents. In response to this incredible gift and love, I give to others and send my love back to him. I am a spiritual being with human instincts. I practice staying in the moment to allow these aspects a chance to compliment themselves.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am new to this project and think its an incredible idea. I enjoy meeting, sharing with, and learning from new people. I prefer speaking with potential hosts and guests before an invitation.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
This is a new experience for me. I have been a host and a guest now. It has been wonderful to offer a room to those who need a place to stay. I am humbled by the generosity shown to me as a guest and it has been greatly appreciated.
Interests
I am a high school/middle school music teacher and play regularly at venues around Spokane as a singer-songwriter and with my band. I sing, play the trombone, the guitar, and the bass guitar. I workout on a regular basis, love being outside (hiking, running, water activities, camping, fishing, golfing, frolfing).
