I'm from the DMV (stands for DC, Maryland, and Virginia) area and currently go to school in Pittsburgh. I'm Ukrainian-American, which has influenced my life in a lot of ways. I love, love, love music, most types and genres, especially hip-hop and international music (afrobeats, reggaeton, dancehall, etc.). I like to explore the world through sound. I also like to write. I think I am an open-minded person and really believe in listening to people and trying to understand their perspectives.

Mostly, I'm going to be studying abroad in Asia and want to meet up with local people to get more of a inside scoop of the places I will be visiting. I love meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds from my own who can teach me something and give me a different perspective on life.

Not that unique in my favorite shows honestly. Breaking Bad, Stranger Things, Black Mirror, Planet Earth.

Honestly theres really nothing I won't listen to if its good music. I really like hip-hop (favorite rappers Isaiah Rashad, Frank Ocean, I listen to a lot of Drake for some reason), international music (a lot of afrobeats, reggaeton, dancehall, etc. recently), indie/rock (Alvvays, The National). It goes on.

Books, I just read this book by Paul Yoon called The Mountain that I really liked. I love poetry, reading and writing.

I took a field course in Wyoming (near Yellowstone) which was a candidate for best 4 weeks of my life! Hiking, learning about ecology, and meeting great people. I love the west.
