Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My ambition is to open a restaurant/bar in London that captures the social vibrance of Spain's Tapas Bar, taking inspiration from main land Europe's cuisine.

I want to visit as many places as I can in Europe (starting with Spain) and experience eating and drinking with local people. I don't want to eat at any McDonalds or Burger King on my trips!

I am hoping to meet some cool people who I can build a real relationship with and can show me some really good places to eat and drink. Once my place is open in London I would love for the people I meet to come and visit and see what they helped me achieve!

Interests

I am interested in learning about food! I enjoy taking part in most sports and enjoy watching boxing.

I really enjoy hanging out and chatting with friends, having a few drinks and seeing what adventures we can find. This inspired me to open a restaurant /bar, when hanging out with friends there are not many places local to me where I can enjoy a drink, good sharing food with a vibrant atmosphere.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy a wide variety of music, most recently I have been listening to Jazz, Blues, Funk and Classical music (when reading) and I like listening to house music when I go out to clubs with friends.

I enjoy comedy films and love american gangster films, Goodfellas is one of my favourites. My favourite film is Untouchable (the french film).

I enjoy reading nonfiction books, I really enjoy learning new things.
