Chi sono
I'm a student at Manchester studying engineering although cant say that it is my passion. This section seems by far the hardest to write without sounding either super keen or pretty awful so might just leave it and hope the rest describes who I am.
Perché sono iscritto su Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing seems to attract great and fun people and when travelling to a new place it can make it feel as though you are instantly moving into a community. That is certainly how my past couch surfing experiences have made me feel and who wouldn't want to skip all that boring stuff of finding a community when there is a great one already out there just waiting for you.
Interessi
Festivals - Nothing I enjoy more then revelling with all ma pals, favs prob Shamballa or Glastonbry.
Cooking - Since becoming vegetarian and no longer being able to eat "Meat with a vegetable" to give my self a nourishing meal I've started to really enjoy cooking. Indian is probably my go to cuisine but I have also been dubbed the soup king (mainly by my old house mates who thought boiling vegetables with water impressive)
Sport and staying active - I am a really sporty person and I cant think of a sport I don't really enjoy. My favourites would be football, cycling and skiing (dream job would probably be a ski instructor but alas maybe someday).
Music - While I wouldn't consider my self music obsessed (I don't know the latest in underground techno) it is one of my greatest pleasures. For this I rely on a carefully selected group of music aficionados to make sure I've got the good stuff.
Making stuff - From clothes to pieces of furniture making stuff provides me with hours of fun and satisfaction.

Musica, film e libri
I know everyone says this but I do pretty much listen to all types of music. My library is packed full of music ranging from African to techno. I have tons of rock which I used to love (and still do) intermingled with jazz and hip hop from the 90s. My classical collection is pretty much non existent but that is not to say I'd pass up on a night seeing an orchestra (although probably only if it was free/very cheap).
