COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is my first time on couch surfing although I have a well-worn passport and many great travel experiences.

On the coast of the Sultanate of Oman, I slept on completely untouched beaches where only crabs and turtles laying their eggs could be seen or heard.
In a rented Toyota Prado, 3 of my friends and I drove across the country for 2 weeks, camping out, meeting Bedouins and eating dried shark.
In general, I have been extremely lucky as a blond American with solid Arabic skills to have totally unreal experiences around the Middle East. Too many stories to share.
