ABOUT ME

I was traveling for 8 months and have now come home to NZ. I think it's important, as a traveler, to learn about the culture and the people of the countries you visit.
I like real people, genuine people. And I like sharing silences.

PHILOSOPHY

I guess the things that I value in life are strong morals and values. I like people who respect others and the environment around them. I enjoy talking about new ideas and the incentives for peoples' actions.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

All the couch surfers I've met have been great. They love getting a true feel for the culture and couch surfing is a great way to do it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't done that much couchsurfing but what I have done has been great. Have enjoyed hosting a few people and making friends.

Hitching a ride in Thailand after our bus forgot to drop us off and left us in the middle of nowhere with a couple of Thai military officers.
