ABOUT ME

I’m an artist, craftswoman, jewelrymaker, and fruitarian! I was a volunteer English teacher in China and then a preschool teacher assistant in Austin, TX. Currently exploring new places and traveling with my lovey partner or solo when he’s in school. Studied Sociology in college. Love to travel and meet new people! Sometimes I'm outgoing and sometimes shy. Sometimes I like to be the life of the party!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've only hosted a couple of times in China and Austin, but I think that's because nobody wanted to come to Changsha, and I had a really small shared space in Texas. Back in the US, and I want to do some traveling around my home country.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only had a couple official couch-surfing experiences, but overall the feeling I get when I couchsurf is a lot of gratitude and appreciation. It's really nice and super cool to meet people who live in the area I'm visiting. And just to be welcomed into the home feels very comforting when in an unfamiliar place. I definitely want to do it again. I look forward to meeting you.

Interests

My favorite hobbies are mostly related to the arts -- dancing, singing, drawing, painting, making music, writing, reading, movies. I like to party sometimes too. I love traveling and being outdoors. My partner and I love to go off roading in our Jeep Wrangler and find secret swimming spots.
