ABOUT ME

Easy going, flexible, non-smoking, tidy, sociable, open-minded, curious, candid and always looking forward to new experiences and adventures! I just love to do as much stuff as possible as long as I can still do it. Traveling, backpacking, hitch-hiking, exploring, cooking, photography, playing guitar, philosophy, art, grabbing some beers and going out or just relaxing with a bottle of wine and exchanging experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

'Never give up, never surrender' is what Buzz Lightyear told me when I was still a kid. I haven't rested so far and I don't intend on stopping soon. Keep exploring.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had a great time couchsurfing in Amsterdam, Hong Kong and Australia so far but also when I hosted some fellow couchsurfers at my place in Maastricht- I like to share and exchange my knowledge and experience with people. For example that one time when I tent-hosted an Argentinian guy on a highway stop at -12°C when my friends and I hitch-hiked Europe...

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music, the more different the better. I used to DJ, that's why I am a little biased towards electronic music, but I always need balance - be it acoustic folk, rock, pop, RnB, Reggae, you name it...

I also like movies but I don't really find the time to stay updated. I love if somebody surprises me with a good film though

German for 25 years, English for 16 years, Snowboarding for 14 years, photography for 10 years, guitar for 4 years, video editing since recently plus some other useless skills like Origami.
