About Me
Hi!
My name is Lexmy and I just came back from 15 months of travelling around the world ^_^ (for the second time... travelling is just soooo addictive, as most of you will know - feeling insanely blessed to have this opportunity!)
In December 2016 I quit my job as a strategy consultant in the aviation business to follow my dreams and gain and share knowledge and experiences from all over the world. On my journey I've come to realize that I really don't want or need to choose between 'spiritual hippie life' and 'business life' (my alter egos), and instead will try my best to build a bridge between those worlds to make business life a bit more spiritual.
For more information about me you can visit www.lexmy.nl ^_^
Namaste!

Music really depends on my mood & situation!
@ Parties: tribal / jungle / deephouse / psychedelic trance; sometimes also techno or even hardcore (I've got a lot of energy)
@ Home: very diverse, from Kareem Raihani to Supertramp to Nicholas Jaar to Booka Shade to David Guetta to Adele and to a lot in between and outside
@ Lazy sundays: lazy sunday music -_- chilll
@ Car: music whereby I can sing really loudly without disturbing anyone
@ Bike: fast music to bike fast as well, preferably without lyrics, because otherwise I'll sing out loud without noticing

Teach, Learn, Share
* Live for the moments you can't put into words
* If it can be remedied, why be upset about it? If it cannot be remedied, what is the use of being upset about it?
* Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional
* Goodbyes are only for those who love with their eyes, as for those who love with their heart and soul there is no such thing as seperation
* We are not human bodies having a spriritual experience, we are spiritual bodies having a human experience
* Music is incredibly powerful, almost magical in the way it marbles consciousness to energy. Different music carries different vibrational qualities, and just listening to it can change one's own energy and mood - it's like alchemy
* 'Meditation' and 'medication' come from the same Latin root word - medeor - meaning 'to heal' or 'to make whole'
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can give you yoga classes and teach hula-hooping! And bore you with endless conversations about the wonders of life, building bridges between science and spirituality, the power of the mind, universal energy, travel stories, and much more ;)
