You are welcome to use the Internet and TV. All the kitchen staff are ok to use. The kitchen rule is simple, just clean after yourself.
I don't host during the high peak season, no more than 2 people at once. Monday to Friday I usually at work, so can check in you only in the evening or a weekend. I don't share the key so you'll need to catch me when I'm at home. No early or very late returns at home. When I go to the bed I lock the house and don't respond on a mobile phone. No noise after 10pm.
