'Kindness' is incredibly valuable to me and we must be kind to people but firstly we need to be kind to ourselves and then we can show it to people in it's best way🌸 Be kind to yourself,love and respect to yourself bc only we can be good to others after we're in a healthy relationship with ourselves. .There is no person who has lived w/o making bad decisions and seeing consequences.We fall, learn and come back stronger, It made you who you are right now, bc the universe saw our missing parts and led us to those good and bad experitments to improve ourselves.What happened,Has happened; there's nothing you can do about it except for forgiving, accepting, and moving on.I've learnt tht one of the main ability is to accept and continue in life and once we start implementing this quickly on our life as a ability, this autocompression process will develop us faster.💛
