About Me

I'm a very silly, openminded, and high energy type of person. I'm always laughing and having a good time. I'm pretty open, honest, and outspoken. With me, what you see is what you get. I love to learn about new things and I ask a lot of questions. The main thing I seek in life is to be a good person. I try to be that person that helps you push your car out the middle of the road when it breaks down or waters your plants while you're on vacation. Its one of the reasons I'm going into the medical field, along with just being genuinely interested in the science of the human body.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a great way to save money and meet interesting people.

Music, Movies, and Books

At the Moment my favourite genres of music are R&B, Hip Hop, and Rap. I listen to all sorts of music though; Classical, Pop, Rock, Ska, Punk, Electronic, etc.

My favourite movie of all time is My Girl. Its not very well known but its a movie about a young girl and her life, it explores topics like love, death, and friendship. It always makes me cry haha. A more recent and popular movie I really enjoyed was Avengers: Infinity War. I think it was done really well and I loved the discussion of morality that it brought up amongst fans. I also love anything by Quentin Tarantino like Kill Bill, Pulp Fiction, The Hateful Eight, and Django.

I haven't read any books for pleasure in a long time. Most of the reading I do is for school (not to say I don't enjoy it). Some of the books I've read in the past and enjoyed though are: Enders Game, The Maximum Ride Series, Lord of the Flies, Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, and Incarceron

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For our honeymoon, my husband and I went to Costa Rica. One of the things we did there was zip line through the rainforest. It was beautiful and exhilarating.

Teach, Learn, Share

Id love to learn about the differences between my culture and the one I am visiting. It always amazes me how something completely normal in my culture is weird for someone else and vise versa. Its one of my favourite things to talk about after a trip anywhere.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A new perspective on the world and life in general. I love philosophy and I think I have a very unique view of the world that most people find interesting. I can also share some of the great plant-based recipes I have collected after going vegan if anyone is interested in healthier eating or just curious about the lifestyle.
