ABOUT ME

I live in San Jose, California with my boyfriend...came out here about 4 years ago cause of bf’s job. Before that, for a year and a half I lived in Jerusalem studying nonprofit management.
We moved out west from Blacksburg, Virginia and Virginia Tech where I am studied International Studies with Environmental Affairs and some business, language, and religion as well. I spent 4 months in Europe studying sustainability and traveling around as much as I could. Before that I spent 5 months in Israel studying Arabic, Hebrew, and Arab and Jewish culture with a peace institute there. I am obsessed with traveling, love talking to people, and am always ready to experience anything that's new. I started a business once and hope to someday start a nonprofit. Couchsurfing has led me to meet amazing people in Zurich, Istanbul, San Marino, Berlin, Copenhagen, Bologna, Luxembourg, Athens, Haifa, and Boulder.

I've surfed in Israel, around Europe, and in the US, and I can't get enough of this unique kind of experience! Loved hosting folks who came through Blacksburg, Virginia. Now, I'm now hosting in San Jose, California! Let me know if you are coming this way! Bonus points if you bring an adorable pupper or doggo.

I know English pretty well and I could teach you the Hebrew and Arabic alphabets. I could teach you how to do a double flip off the diving board or how to play tennis, soccer, volleyball or ping pong.
