About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To add to my lists of destinations, things to do, places to eat....etc

ABOUT ME

I grew up about 2 hours outside of Toronto, which is perfect because I'm not like the regulars who might be bored of the city. I constantly explore Toronto now that I live here, so I can tell you where to go and what to see. I've moved into a large apartment with my boyfriend and it's been a fantastic change!

PHILOSOPHY

Searching for my purpose, and finding that I can't believe how surreal my life is sometimes. My personal philosophy is to take it as it comes, just breathe, and everything will work out...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've slowed down drastically in taking in couchsurfers. My circumstances are different (work, relationship, living situation, etc). One day I hope to take in couchsurfers again, but for now I can give tourism advice and hopefully meet up for the odd drink.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I travelled out to Eastern Canada couchsurfing with my cousin the whole way. I was an amazing experience and would gladly do it again. I've had lots of couchsurfers in the past and though I've had some awkward moments, 90% of the time it's been great.

Interests

Movies, travel, urban exploration, walking everywhere, reading, collecting, treating my cat as if he was a dog, going out with friends, road trips! geocaching! spending time with the boy, biking!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Graduating from university was pretty awesome. I've lived in the UK for 6 months and I couldn't believe I did that all by myself, so that was really spectacular. I've seen the highlands of Scotland, the Cliffs of Moher, the Liberty Bell, DisneyWorld, the former top of the world CN Tower, driven though the Rocky Mountains, seen Paris from the Eiffel Tower and stumbled onto a nudist beach in Malaga, Spain.
