Hi! I'm Lhaine :)

I am from Winnipeg, MB., Canada and basically moved here 3 years ago to be exact. I am currently on my 3rd year of Bachelors in University of Manitoba, which is the university that offered me a life changing experience as
I just got back from my exchange program in Seoul last year (Fall 2018).

It was the great time of my life, meeting people from different countries, continents rather. Experienced a culture which is unconventional to what everything that I experienced ever since.
I had an opportunity to backpacked in Vietnam, Bali Indonesia, and Philippines for 1 month last January 2019 too before going back here in Canada.

Everything that I experienced last year was a great instrument to filled in some of my new and changed convictions in life. I wanna see more! Experience more. Learn more about what the world has to offer so I am planning to do a bit of budgeted-travelling after I graduate.

Aside from that goal, I want to overcome my Social Anxiety to so this is a great way to help myself go through and improve myself. I love drinking and talk about life at the same time!
-I'm looking forward to start some French Lesson this summer
-I can read and write Korean alphabet
-Always starving for random adventures!
- I love to party just because I love to dance sooooo much!

I am anticipating to learn some new languages soon too :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have known Couchsurfing since I have read Tomislav Perko's book, "1000 Days of Spring". A European traveller who pursued and influencing people to Travel without even having $10 in your pocket.

I am here in Couchsurfing because I want to explore places that I have never been to accumulate experiences and understanding about places, culture, and people. I believe that Couchsurfing is not only way to cut your budget, but it is an extreme channel to help people see what's best about integrating with other people's experience about travelling and even being a local. Lastly, I am here because this is an easy tool to earned some new friends around the country ( Canada) and all over the world! :)
