ABOUT ME

I have to admit that I'm a bit sarcastic, but just a little bit.

Apart from that, I think that I speak too much but lots of people say that I am always quite. So, I don't know what to say.

As a mathematician, I tend to be a bit platonic and support my ideas in abstract and perfect concepts, which is something that I hate since I don't find it reliable or useful for pratice, but this is how I have been educated for the last years. And I have no idea about how to change myself.

Nowadays I am thinking what I can do with my life. The good thing is that I don't have much to lose, so I can do almost whatever I want; the bad thing is that in the end I don't usually risk too much. I am not an intuitive person (though I try to be so) and I need to have everything organized as much as possible. However, if I trust someone, I usually like being carried along by him/her.

PHILOSOPHY

I love David Hume. He was kind of crazy, but a good interpretation of his phylosophy is useful when studying reality.

I also think that Kurt Gödel or Nassim Nicholas Taleb are good guys. Reading some of their lines changed my point of view of mathematics.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host people once in a while. I'm in several groups in Florence and Madrid and I usually join to the CS events and meetings :)

I am about to host people again at my lovely place at Madrid. Mainly, I'm going to host people on weekends, since my availability during the weekdays does not exist. I will ask you, my dear reader, to write "qwerty" on your request. It will suggest you've read this, which I see mandatory :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed on:
- Tangier and Fes, in Morocco.
- Bologna, Perugia, Padova, Ferrara and Rome, in Italy.

I've hosted people in Florence from US and Mexico.

I have also met CouchSurfers in Italy, at the events, meetings (organized and improvised), trekkings...

Intereses

I really enjoy doing absolutely nothing. It's so relaxing... I also love doing anything else.

Music may be my main interest in life. Bel canto opera is everything I need when I want to escape from the real world. When I don't want to escape, but recovering my faith in humanity, there are some people who help with the task.

Going to the cinema is an activity that I really enjoy when I have free time. It is important that what I enjoy is not only the movie, but going to the cinema, being in a huge room with a huge screen. I like cinemas.

Once in a while, I glance through books so that I can later talk about them, but this is something that most of people do.
