ABOUT ME
I love to surround myself with the people who bring out the best in me, work hard at a job that I care about, and challenge myself to be daring.
PHILOSOPHY
Life's not about where you are but who you're with.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I haven't been too active with couchsurfing in Nashville, but that's something I hope to change! I'm more likely to be able to meet up for a drink than to host you during the week, but now that I have no roommates (thank the lord!) I should be more free to host.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I traveled to Burma with my parents in 2010. We met a local who spoke very good English at a pagoda and he offered to show us around the next day. My parents were really skeptical and worried he would rip us off, but I had a good feeling about him and convinced them to go for it. He met us at our hotel the next morning and gave us the most amazing tour of Rangoon and the surrounding areas we could have imagined. It was a reminder that traveling is all about meeting incredible people who will remind you of the beauty in mankind.
Teach, Learn, Share
What I mostly look for in a person is someone who I can have a conversation with, as opposed to just listening to someone ramble on. I think of myself as being very inquisitive and genuinely interested in learning from people. I look for the same qualities in the people who I surround myself with.
