About Me
CURRENT MISSION
learning and exploring the world
ABOUT ME
I live in Usak, Turkey, with my husband Yavuz.
I'm a person with curious mind. I love music, books and films, art, drinking coffee, singing, walking about the town or in the country, skating & dancing, seeing new places & people. Photography has always been my passion, recently I started to learn how to do it better.
I'm a teacher of Russian as a foreign language. I really love this job. It is always interesting to look at one's native language (such an everyday thing!) from another side, to compare cultures and to listen to what other people have to say.
I enjoy learning languages (as well as teaching). During the last year Turkish has been my main goal, but sometimes I'm also trying not to forget my other languages. ;)
I always regret that a day has only 24 hours.
For me, authenticity is the most valuable part of travelling. I enjoy getting to know different life styles and feeling the true atmosphere of the places I go. I like seeing the sights, and I like art, but also meeting local people and seeing some non-touristic places. I always try to learn a few local words when I travel.
I'm always ready to join an interesting project/undertaking!
