About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live voraciously and inspire others to live the life they desire; to learn from everybody and always be fascinated.

ABOUT ME

Two time Guinness World Record Holder for strong lady things (pulling heavy trucks, once in three inch heels!)

This is me in the news! http://youtu.be/ZCq7jsScs6Y
I did a TEDx talk on Gratitude, too: http://www.forbes.com/sites/nickmorgan/2013/06/06/how-grateful-are-you-time-to-re-charge-and-re-focus-with-this-video/

January February 2011: I had the adventure of my life.
- I was supposed to build a treehouse in Cannes France, but it rained too much before I got there, so I got to just hang around and enjoy people and places.
- I explored Prague, Krakow and Dresden (highlights were the architecture and my CS hosts!)
- I learned to drive a tank in east Berlin with another CSer, Astrid. We laughed until we cried, it was so much fun. Now she is teaching me German through Skype!
- I got the skydiving bug from my CS host Nina, who is one of only 3 competitive Swoopers in the world (look it up and check the vids; you'll be amazed!)
- I rode a motorcycle 1000km in subarctic Norway with 27 lovely, hilarious German men.
- And then I trained with the baddest Roller Derby team in Copenhagen with my favorite Danish facebook friend, Henriette!

May 2011: Itching for more adventure I went away again and:
-skydived barefoot at sunset onto a beach in Monterey Bay
-Rode up and down the coast on an 800lb Harley Road King (Phew!) meeting amazing people along the way.
-Hung with blues artists in San Luis Obispo, including Valerie Johnson (she replaced Janis Joplin when she died) and Joey Five and Dimes
- Explored amazing vineyards in Paso Robles
- Had an urban adventure in San Francisco
- Learned to be a Goat Herder in Happy Camp California
- Explored local comic art in Seattle, and
- Built a Tree House and Climbed 80ft trees in Falls City WA

Late May to early July 2011: Adventures in the UK and Berlin!
- Wingwalked with a Couchsurfer!
- Learned how to joust in full armor
- Killed myself horseboarding (getting pulled by a galloping horse while balancing on a mountainboard.
- rode a motorcycle on the highest motorable roadway in the world (Khardung La)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share stories. I went from being a homeless teenager to becoming a successful businesswoman, adventurer and community advocate. I now help homeless women and children to rebuild their lives.

I've had a lot of interesting experiences in my life including:
- Meeting a former black panther and learning how to make the Black Panther alcoholic beverage of choice "Panther Piss"; I can teach you how.
- I was in Istanbul on 9/11 at an "I Love New York" birthday party (seriously); I can tell you a crazy story about that
- I was kicked out of two convents (for very innocent reasons!)
- I went from homeless to building my own company within a year, learning to weld in four days so I could build my Rickshaws
- I fed sharks 50ft under water and almost didn't live to tell the tale!
- I walked on fire when I was sixteen years old
Many more stories to share; and I want to hear yours!

I also can tell you about all sorts of extreme and unusual adventures, help you find your way to living your own unusual, exciting explorations, teach you how to be a kick ass sales person, take you on an adventure (many of my CS hosts can attest to this!) and laugh with you...a lot! I also make an amazing Greek Salad.

What I really want to learn from you is who you are. When my hosts ask me what I want to see, my answer is always the same: I want to see what you think is special. My adventure is a visit inside your life.
