Professional work lies in Finance, I'm good with numbers but it doesn't really excite me at all 😅

I also used to DJ and organise parties in Malta for a couple of years (2010 - 2016) - not active anymore. I'm into most genres of music like ambient, garage, IDM, breakbeat, liquid drum and bass, electro, instrumental hip-hop, jazz, funk, soul, house, techno, Detroit, indie, downtempo, classical, new-age classical, , alternative, basically anything that's not played on the radio or EDM 😅

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couch surfing is a good way to meet new people, have a nice conversation and maybe make a lifelong friend. I'm always up for new experiences and adventures so it made sense to sign up 😊

Interests

I love watching nature or scientific documentaries. I also enjoy watching and playing football/soccer, or any kind of sports. I used to party quite a lot before but I've calmed down quite a bit, but would still enjoy a good night out. I love deep philosophical conversations about life, our purpose and the environment.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love watching nature documentaries, pretty much anything done by David Attenborough (one of my idols) and I love the series 'Cosmos' (originally by Carl Sagan - another one of my idols) - do check both out if you've never heard of them !! I also used to watch a ton of movies when I was younger - some of my favourites are Godfather, Scarface, Star Wars, Fight Club, Se7en, Interstellar, Dark Knight, Avatar, Usual Suspects, Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Life is Beautiful, V for Vendetta, Leon: The Professional, Lord of the Rings, Inception, The Beach, American History X, Gladiator, The Prestige, Con-air, Trainspotting, Requiem for a Dream, Scarface, Snatch, Lock, stock and 2 smoking barrels, Layer Cake etc 🙃

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Voluntary experience with a Maltese non governmental organisation in Kenya where we did some fundraising to help local families and provide education to their children which also included a weekend safari where I came up and close with so many beautiful animals in the Masai Mara/Serengeti.
