CURRENT MISSION

My current goal with my travels is to get a feel for the cuisine of the world.

ABOUT ME

If you were to take my best friends aside and ask about me they would tell you that I am a quiet person at the beginning. This doesn't last though, when I get to know you I well chatter up a storm.
They well tell you that I am a kind and respectful person but I well also be the first person to tease you about something you did that was silly and funny. Most thing I say are not serious and I like to joke around and have a good time. Life if just boring if you don't!
But then again they are just my best friends and who would believe them anyways :P

PHILOSOPHY

Life doesn't come to those that wait for it, it comes to those that go out and get it.

Interests

If you were looking for something that really catches my interesting then I would have to say my number one thing is a good meal. Being a cook myself, I have interest in the world of food and flavours and love to taste people style of cooking, its always an experience.
Secondly I would say you can always win me over with a good ol' beer, that shit is just refreshing and come on I am Irish, what do you expect.
Then I would have to say that being a Canadian and all I enjoy my winters, especially my winter sports. Hockey, Skiing, Snowboarding, Skating, even flipping Ice Fishing hold a place in my heart that no Summer Sport can have.
The rest of my interest we well just have to find out :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies- Anything that well make me laugh, "Marvel" movies, and thing with some awesome history.

Music- "The Dudes", "Led Zeppelin", "AC/DC", "ZZ Top", "Ozzy Osborne"... etc.

Books- "The Song of Ice & Fire" series(A.K.A. "Game of Thrones"), "Lord of the Rings", "The Hobbit", "The Hunger Games", "Dracula"... etc.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am willing to help teach English, show people some Culinary tricks, maybe even cook a meal or two.

Hopefully I can pick up some more Italian and French on my travels, I think it is important to speak more then one language.
