ABOUT ME

Right now I'm taking a little break from (regualar)school and spending the term studying in Granada, Spain. Normally, I'm studying to be a speech pathologist at the University of Oregon. I'm geekily excited about becoming a speech path, but I'm equally excited to be traveling around Europe and then spending the summer in Yellowstone!I'm cheerful, optimistic, and infinitely curious, and I'm excited to meet you, whoever you may be!

Interests

I love hiking and backpacking, wandering around new places, drinking tea, hearing live music, being happy just because, reading, forests, NPR, going out, mountain lakes, dinner parties... I'm happiest when dancing (which I will do anytime, day or night), I think living without music would be akin to living without sleep, and I smile- a lot:)

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm terrible at listing favorites, so for music: anything from Billie Holiday to Arcade Fire, always looking to know more! Books: addicted! But I read mostly novels and love magical realism. Movies: Anything not Hollywood-ed out with interesting cinematography...yes to Almodovar!
