About Me

All right, let's keep this short. According to some people I know... apparently... sometimes... I don't know when to stop talking and they even tend to say that I ask too much. I usually just politely respond..: Really? Why? When? Do you really think so? Come on, for real?..Let me tell you this great story... it all started...once upon a.... ;)

Well, It's simple as this. I like reading. I like people and I like stories. Both, telling and listening to.

When I say reading, it is not only books I have in mind. I mean blogs, magazines, newspapers, advertising, texts on t-shirts of random people walking by, jokes, your profiles, maps, labels on the shampoo in the shower. I start with an article about the new yellow Mercedes GT and I'll end up finding out why it might be difficult to grow bananas in Greenland. . . (Yes, because it's like really really cold up there)

Fortunately, I have many stories to tell. But What I like much more than my own story-telling is listening to stories of other people. People from different countries, various backgrounds, small towns, big cities or remote villages. People old, young, yellow, black, white, indigo or green. Carnivores, vegans, buddhists or geeks. Adrenaline junkies or couch potatoes. It really does not matter, since I am pretty sure that every single person can inspire and teach you something. Everyone is unique and with 7 billion uniquenesses walking on earth, there's plenty of stories to hear.

And trust me, I am interested. Interested in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's a great way of meeting new people.

To experience real travelling, to see the places with the perspective of locals.

To discover and explore more than the landmarks of the city.

To see, to taste, to hear, to try, to go and learn as many new things as possible.

Interests

Pretty much everything. Starting with guitar, tv series and gaming through running, skateboarding, swimming to learning languages, reading and searching for new favourite music. I sort of like ping-pong too. And whisky.

Music, Movies, and Books

I change it every other week.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

too many to write and yet so few from the list ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you some lovely chords on a guitar. Maybe a few flips on my skateboard. Some useful phrases in really non-wide world languages. I will show you how not to sing...and how to pack your bag quckly in a very efficient manner. Also, which I am particularly proud of, I can teach you how to sleep on the bus, train, plane, horse. Ok, maybe not on a horse.

What I Can Share with Hosts

a beer, food, car, socks. (1 for each)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Macedonia, Malta, Norway, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

England, Malta, Scotland, Slovakia
