ABOUT ME

Hello everyone!Hmm... In life in general, I love to see, experience, know.. Traveling or seeing the world has always been a part of my family heritage - especially having a mix of roots in my blood and culture (whether it´s Eastern European, Israeli, South American and Surian!). I adore good architecture, interesting art, and live music - and good conversation or relaxed reading are always welcomed! When it comes to food or everyday conditions - I´m not very picky, and during this (first) long journey (of 5 months to India and Nepal) - I have slowly zoomed in to what is important in my mind for my personal happiness (making me stronger and freer to contribute to others´happiness and well-being).. Meeting such a variety of people during this time abroad has opened me up to so many new experiences, and at the same time strengthens the feeling of oneness and similarity that we all have in common. From a close friend, to a complete stranger, it has been fascinating realizing how familiar some people or places feel - even when they are brand new to me.

PHILOSOPHY

Wow, my philosophy?.. I guess first of all, live and let live (as simplistic as it sounds). The more patience and space we give ourselves and others, the easier it is to solve any problems, and to understand each-other on a basic level. I think a lot (if not most) of our happiness and stability lies in and depends on our minds, and the more we focus on the simple things, moments or conditions that bring us peace - the better we become. My latest recipe for life: appreciation of life and what we each have; A certain amount of earthiness that levels our comparative and sometimes unsatisfied minds; Being surrounded by positive, good people; and having a healthy sense of humor for everything that is (and will!) go wrong!!

*I am interested in Art History - reading and seeing art..*Tibetan Buddhism, and all it has to offer...*Music, just singing, jamming, or listening to... (a good concert is always welcome!).*Dancing! Only if the music is good ;)*Talking to people and hearing life stories. They are always the best..*Going to the beach and swimming or cycling around town..*If I have extra free time (?!), then any kind of crafts - painting, sculpting, doodling, or cooking just for fun (usually not edible!).. I must say I also love to tidy things up and rearrange.. just one side of the dork that lies within me :)
