CURRENT MISSION
See different sides of the world
ABOUT ME
I am a good listener, and I respect to different people's values. Always feel excited to see something new. Love to go to new places and experience different cultures; to meet new people and let them blow my mind. Also miss my old friends same time tho. Maybe I am not a good voluntary self-discloser, but I will do my best to share what I have with you.
PHILOSOPHY
Bring happiness to people I like make me happy.
Never lose your smile:)
Money might be able to buy anything but we don't need everything.
Nothing is absolute.
Be appreciative, be content.
Nobody is better than you on everything; nobody is worse than you on everything.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Finally started fully participated in CS since I moved to Sweden. Guess I had more time and everything just worked out. I started with participating CS events in Uppsala. Met so many amazing people. Just want to say that CS is really a magic place that gave me the opportunity to see the world better without even moving too much.
I also surfed quite much during my 6weeks solo trip in Europe , and met the best hosts. I think the best way to appreciated them is to pass the CS love.
Interests
Travel, watch movie, eat&cook, music, try different sports, talking with interesting people, hang out with friends...My problem is too many interests but no profession. I think I might basically interested in everything I have never done.(still picky here maybe ;))
Music, Movies, and Books
Really do not have a certain kind. I would know I love it when I see or hear it :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Don't you have the problem that when people ask what's your favorite xx, or what xx you ever done you just can't think of one or pick one? There are so many things I seen are amazing, for example morning in Angkor Wat, dances in Africa... amazing people I met through CS...
Things I done are amazing?
Solo trip in Central/Eastern Europé for almost 6 weeks.
On my first real volunteer trip. My friends and I helped this sir rebuild his house, he said:" Y'all are like angels to me." I think that's something amazing?
However, we should see amazing things everyday:)
Teach, Learn, Share
Stories, experiences, cooking skills, values, languages, play instrument...
There are so many things I want to learn. I hate that humans are so greedy sometime :p
What I Can Share with Hosts
Share the stories I heard and been to, experience, cooking skills (I'm especially good at using Chinese knife~cut really fast)
I have actually lived in China and States for a while and I think I have a pretty good overview about the Asian cultures and American culture. Also exploring Sweden's culture too.
I'm Linguistic major and native speaker of Mandarin Chinese. Most of the non-native English speaking people says my accent is pretty good. So I guess I can teach you Chinese and English if you need ;)
