I live with a roommate, who is a fellow couch surfer (Victoria morning https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/toreth). Currently live in the South End of the city near the train station, close to Point Pleasant Park, the farmers market, the waterfront and downtown. Also just to let you know there are two cats who live in the apartment so if you're allergic you may want to find another host! :) I look forward to hearing from you :)

I am from small town Nova Scotia, currently living in Halifax for nursing school and for work. I have a passion for helping people, animals, and being outdoors.

I spend a lot of my summer split between working at a nursing home and working on a farm. They're pretty polar opposite jobs but they both provide me with some amazing opportunities.

I haven't traveled a lot but I'm looking to change that. My most recent mission was to have visited all the provinces east of Ontario by the end of the 2015. Luckily for me Newfoundland was the last province I had left to visit and I was able to go there in August of 2015. I got to have my first couch surfing experience as a surfer then too! Just wrapping up the last few days of travel in Iceland.

I like many different types of music but mostly on my phone you'd find a mix of country, top 40, and some indie.

There are so many movies and books I love that I can't even begin to list them. I'm currently reading "The Book Thief" and watching a lot of comedy movies.

Took a cow to Toronto, of all places, competed, and placed third in my class at the Royal Winter Fair, which is huge fair with attendees from all across the country.
