One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have downhilled the deepest cannons, traversed the lushest jungles and hiked the backbone of the Earth. I have swam in the summer in the middle sea with only the sea water to grace my body and have withstood not only the glacial temperature of the Northern lands but also the freezing of the temperament. I have meditated in the great ruins of old, seeing heavens gates and have been consumed by the belly of the Earth partying with elementals.

I have coffee of origin from different regions from the Colombian coffee growers association, so I will prepare traditional Colombian breakfast accompanied by the best coffee from my boy Juan Valdés.

I have tells of the great ruins of old of the Americas, its wild biodiversity and the plants of the gods witch have be revealed to our peoples.
