Overview
About Me
Easy going, warmhearted, serious about serious things and silly often times too.
Currently I work for the National Health Service in Bristol (great city!) in the UK, focusing on supporting people with their mental health and employment. In the last few years I have begun to explore other ways of healing, Earth and Spirit based healing and working with herbs, foraging and making tinctures and other bits and bobs. Ceremony and shamanic practices. Ways of healing that work in harmony with our bodies, Spirit and Earth rather than polluting them further.
My travels are a way of learning more about this and work have kindly given me a years sabbatical to do so :)
Hoping to connect with like minded souls to share grow and learn or just have a jolly good time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm looking to break free from my (slightly) conventional life and find new ways of travelling, meeting people, sharing, exchanging, inspiring and being inspired about new and wonderful ways to live with each other and our beautiful planet.. I find the best way to to learn and to grow to often from the random encounters we have with others.
Interests
I love many things, such as.. dancing, Ceremony, riding my bicycle, Nature places and connecting with Spirit, muddling together medicine or body products from the contents of my kitchen cupboard, festivals, good food, red wine, being creative, colourful places, reducing my waste, celebration, energy work.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I get to help people believe in themselves again in the work that I do which is pretty cool.
Fun stuff like dancing in a punky can can troupe at festivals and cycling in the Himalaya :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good conversation, happy vibes.. food or wine.. shamanic journeying.. help around the house..
