I am a sister sharing this walk toward greater personal and collective health. I am a seeker, a mover, a shaker. I am always in motion sometimes, internally shifting the percussion of my heart beat in response to my external world, sometimes internally summoned from the mysterious and quaking aches from my own belly. Externally, fearlessly,madly bounding in the direction of stillness within that motion that offers electrical magic to course through veins to fingertips shocking life into myself and that which I touch.

Roadside Attraction, Even Cowgirls Get the Blues Frankenstein-Mary Shelley Grapes of Wrath-John Steinbeck Invisible Monsters-Chuck Palahnuik Vonnegut: every line in every one of his novels is profound more political,less spiritual than Robbins but on the same plane.

I believe us all to be inherently teachers and learned and am always in a state of learning.
I fell adept to reach someone how to run and maintain a chainsaw, screen printing, how to build a fire, how to tell the height of a biggo tree, how to drive a car, how to make random creations I've pursued, how to laugh at yourself, how to plan a mutiny in your place of business, and how to empower yourself to heal.

I would like to learn how to play the violin, knit, cook what you're munchin, how to garden better, and how to individually love you.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a very easy person to connect withconstantly seeking conversation that is stimulating in its depth. I enjoy cooking and can make dishes to share. I clean up after you and me.
