COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couchsurfing. I am hoping for lots of couchsurfing fun in my future. Growing up, my family hosted tons of people from other countries for any length of time--from a few days to several years. I loved growing up around that, and I hope to get to be hospitable throughout my life, too.

I love getting to know people, hearing their stories, having adventures, exploring new places, trying to use new languages, going camping, froliking in the woods, riding my bike, helping seedlings grow, living with lots of people, eating icecream, and having sing-alongs.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Done:
Apprenticed myself to a batik artisan in Niger for a few months.
Spent a school year teaching a room full of children sitting on the floor with their slates in India.
Found myself surrounded by coyotes while leading a backpacking trip in Maine.

A huge red moon over a lake
buffalo in city streets
seeds growing into big tomato plants
