About Me
My name is Libera and in Italian it means freedom, this describes a lot about my being.
At this moment in my life I would describe my state of mind like this: we are unlimited beings, we can be whoever we want if we have the strength to really believe it. We are born with only one limited resource: time. How do I spend my time? eating great food, drinking great wine, laughing out loud (yes, I love to joke and take situations lightly), learning and exploring. I'm just a person who is trying every day to be the best version of myself, working hard but never taking myself too seriously.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have always hosted friends, and friends of friends through a network of internal contacts created through travel and only a short time ago I became aware of this fantastic app.
Every trip is a unique experience, and what better way to experience it than by really connecting with the locals?

Music, Movies, and Books
This is a good question. I listen to almost every genre of music, from reggae to techouse, from hip hop to Italian music. Surely though, regardless of the genre, I go crazy when I listen to music from the 80s to the early 2000s.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
many, it could be a good topic of discussion during my vacation!
Teach, Learn, Share
I have done mindfulness practices for years, I am completely available to share everything I have learned.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am a tidy and extremely discreet person, I respect the rules of the host house and other people's spaces with absolute seriousness because I want mine to be respected (in this case, the space in which I will sleep when I am home).
