Hey there! I’m Liberty and I’m currently travelling around Eastern Europe, I’m 23 and from New Zealand.

My best pal and I started our European travels July 2018 and after travelling around Western Europe we ended up in Amsterdam to gather some cash for our next trip.

I left the ‘dam begging of August and hit the road solo throughout Czech, Hungary and Austria, and the Balkans, the met Mads in Greece. I’d love to stay with some locals as I love meeting new people exploring the lesser touristy places - I think being shown around by locals is the best way to see a place!

We both consider ourselves fairly well travelled (Asia, Europe, Australasia). We share a love for cooking up plant based grub (both vegan) love music and animals - very comfortable with both large and small! We both grew up in rural New Zealand around all sorts of furry, scaly and feathery friends.
Since leaving home at 17 we've both spent years in different cities and various living situations so we are very adaptable and respectful, and generally chilled out.

I live a work hard, play hard kinda lifestyle at the moment and it works really well for me right now! So I've spent the past 6 months working mad hours so I can be free as a bird too explore and adventure for the next... well until I run out of money and decide to do it all again somewhere else.
I consider myself very sociable, flexible, easy going and of course always love to meet new people. One of my favourite bits about travelling is immersing myself in new and different cultures, I'm always excited to have new experiences, meet all kinds of people and dive into everything Europe has to offer 🤗

I really believe when you are travelling it is largely about who you meet as well as where you are. I love to meet and stay with people in their own country, it's a very special way of connecting with a place. I love to meet people with a similar outlook on life to me - open minded, spontaneous, free and trying to alway find positivity and happiness in everything life throws at me!

Algo increíble que he hecho

I hiked 130km on a very unprepared but outstanding 10 day trek through the Himalayas (Annapurna Base Camp) right after a sandy 3 months in SE Asia. Connecting with nature through hiking and being surrounded by the stillness and serenity of the mountains is something I will never forget, and cannot wait to do again!
