Yes, I am a refugee from Ukraine. 🇺🇦 But I don't think it's should talking about war on this website... Therefore, I’d better teach you how to be kind in any life situation!

By the way, in July 2021 I finished my first trip around the world. It lasted almost 2 years and 9 months. I'm starting from Europe, then Latin America, after North America and further Southeast Asia. 🌎
And when I was in Myanmar my voyage spontaneously stuck due to this situation with panico virus. March 2020 was on the calendar. Borders are closed on entry and exit. My plane canceled. At that moment I'm not afraid I know everything that happens in life 👉 always the best option. I knew that everything would be ok. So I tried to find what nice and new can be done in those circumstances. :) She who seeks finds. So for the last 15 months I lived in Buddhist Monasteries. I was a volunteer and spiritual studies, and how to stop the internal dialogue or a lot of things that I have never do before. This is an important part of my life.

At the moment I have been to about 65 countries and at some point I realized that different people left deep traces in my heart - their kindness, Internal depth and help in my way amazed me! So I can prove that just traveling without meeting nice people doesn't make sense. I have changed. I want to share all the good that I can..

I love this universe. I love any atom and molecule. Everything always happens at the right time and in the right way. I know that every person we meet in life - is our teacher. The world is like a mirror. What you are inside, it is attracted to you. Everyone can learn both good or bad thing. The choice is always the person what it should be and in what direction to develop. I always try to notice the good in every situation. A lot of good things came to me through bad situations. I feel grateful to life for these lessons. I always take responsibility for my actions and do not blame anyone. I'm getting better every day than I was. I'm evolving. This is the basis of life - to be happy. Listen to your heart and do action with love for the world around you. Bring light to this Universe. Work on your shortcomings, get rid of bad character traits and to acquire the good side.
